Softball Swept By Nationally-Ranked Celts In DH On Friday
The Centenary softball team was swept in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader on Friday to the nationally-ranked University of St. Thomas Celts, falling 8-7 in game one and 13-0 in five innings in game two at the West University Softball Association Complex.

Houston - The Centenary softball team was swept in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader on Friday to the nationally-ranked University of St. Thomas Celts, falling 8-7 in game one and 13-0 in five innings in game two at the West University Softball Association Complex.
The Ladies (16-18, 14-12 SCAC) and Celts (26-7, 24-2 SCAC) finish the series on Saturday with a single game at NOON. St. Thomas is ranked 13th in the current NFCA/GoRout Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll.
